Elizabeth Witherspoon (Owner/Manager)
Liz Witherspoon is the registered provider and owner of Park Wood Day Nursery. Liz is a Qualified Primary Teacher and Early Years Specialist.
Liz trained at Christ College (Liverpool Hope University) and qualified with a B.Ed (Distinction) in 1981. She has taught in both schools and Early Years settings across Kent, Salford and Merseyside. Liz has four children of her own and has therefore had first hand experience of the demands and pressures of being a full-time working mum.

Hannah Mooney (Manager)
Hannah Mooney is the manager of Park Wood Day Nursery and is also an Early Years Specialist and Qualified Primary Teacher. She is responsible for the day to day running of the nursery, staffing, safeguarding children, parent liason and all administrative duties.
Hannah qualified from the University of Chester in 2008 with a B.Ed (hons) QTS in Early Years Education and has experience in schools and Early Years settings in the North West.

Patricia Harris (Assistant Manager / Nursery Teacher)
Patricia Harris is an assistant manager of Park Wood Day Nursery, she trained at Christ College (Liverpool Hope University) and qualified with a B.Ed (Distinction) QTS in 1983. Patricia has many years experience teaching in Early Years.
Patricia teaches in the Pre-School Department and is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework throughout the nursery. She is also the Special Educational Needs Coordinator at Park Wood.

Karen McArdle (Assistant Manager)
Karen McArdle is an assistant manager of Park Wood Day Nursery. Karen has a Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education and has worked at Park Wood for 6 years, continuing her professional development in many areas such as Special Educational Needs and First Aid for Childcarers. Karen is also a Senior Supervisor of the 'under twos'.
